Shipping policy

**Delivery within the UAE**

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Arab Emirates — no minimum spend.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Sharjah branch in 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days depending on your emirate. Every piece is gift-wrapped and shipped insured.

You will receive a confirmation when your order is on its way. All deliveries require a signature on receipt.

**Collection in store**

You are welcome to collect your order from our Sharjah branch: Shop 40–41, Block 5, Central Market, King Faisal Street, Sharjah — Saturday to Thursday. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 56 622 2511 to arrange collection.

**International delivery**

We currently deliver within the UAE only. If you would like a piece delivered elsewhere, contact us on WhatsApp, and we will do our best to help.
